The home is perfect for relaxation by the private pool and has numerous luxurious touches while being comfortable, unique & casual.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms along with a dining room, living room, high end chef's kitchen and an Arizona room. There is Saltillo flooring throughout the home. ++Outdoor Spaces++ The backyard has a private heated pool and hot tub - pool towels are provided along with pool toys. Note: there is no additional charge for the pool and hot tub heating, it is included in the daily rate. There are also outdoor dining and lounging areas - all with views of the Catalina Mountains. The perfect place to take in the Sonoran Sun (or open up the umbrella to get some shade) and relax. ++Living Room++ The living room has a 65" 4K Roku SmartTV with a comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. There are pillows and blankets to make it the perfect room for a night in. From the window there are views of the desert landscape with the Tucson city lights visible at night in the distance. ++Dining Room++ The dining room has seating for 6 with picture perfect views of the Finger Rock. ++Kitchen++ The kitchen with marble look quartz countertops, a Bertazzoni induction range, Bosch dishwasher, island, and large stainless steel sink with Grohe faucet is truly a chef's kitchen. There is also a built in microwave, electric water kettle, espresso machine, coffee maker, blender and all the kitchen essentials. For seating there is a kitchen table with 4 stools. In the backyard there is a Weber propane grill. Everything you need to make an amazing meal and memories. ++Arizona Room [Enclosed Porch]++ The Arizona Room (4 seasons room) has amazing view of the Catalina Mountains and the scenic desert landscape that surrounds the home. One side has a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair and deck. On the other end is a sofa, 40” 4K TV with Roku, elliptical machine and 2 yoga mats. Perfect place to relax or even do morning yoga. There is a split unit that cools and heats the room as well to help keep it comfortable. ++Primary Bedroom & Bathroom++ The primary bedroom has a king size bed with direct access to a patio via a sliding door with an outdoor bistro seating area. There is also an attached spa-like bathroom with handmade Moroccan Zellige tile shower with a Grohe rain shower and designer vanity. ++Second Bedroom++ The 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds along with a closet to hang clothes. ++Third Bedroom++ The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed along with views of the city skyline at night. There is also a pack-n-play crib stored in the closet. All the beds are made of memory foam and are topped with pillow top mattress covers to give them a softer feel. ++2nd Bathroom++ Off the hallway is the second bathroom which has a tub with bright yellow handmade Zellige tile and a large vanity. ++Laundry Room++ There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board.
